Investment property completely redecorated
Just had my investment property completely redecorated (emulsion all walls and ceilings and gloss all woodwork) by Nettie and her lovely girls. Can’t thank them enough for their professional approach at every point from quoting for the job through to invoicing. Finished ahead of schedule to a very high standard and surprised me with a little gift to match the decor they had just worked on. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of having some decorating carried out.

We have always done our own decorating and take pride in our home, so we were apprehensive about asking someone else to decorate our hallway. However, we were short of time and just wanted to get the work done quickly.
We needn’t have worried….the Eliza Tay team did a wonderful job and we are very happy with the results. They always turned up on time, respected our home and did the job on time. Lovely people to have in our home too and very friendly. We would not hesitate to use Eliza Tay again.

Very Highly Recommended...
Netty and her team of young helpers provided a very professional and friendly service throughout. We now have had three rooms [Lounge, Dining Rom and Master Bedroom] wallpapered and painted, all to a very high standard.
My wife and I are both in our 70's and nothing was too much trouble for Netty and her team when furniture had to be moved etc., we just stood back and let them get on with it.
We have got two more Bedrooms to decorate and Netty will be our first choice. I can't recommend her and her team highly enough.

The complete experience of using Nettie Taylor and her team to decorate our living/ dining room was extremely positive.
Because we had some difficulty with dates Nettie visited us to estimate the job on a Bank Holiday!
She was quick to pick up our ideas and offer some useful decorator's tips along the way.
A date was fixed and the following day we received an email with her estimate.
The work was carried out and a photographic record sent to us at different stages of the project.
The final invoice matched the estimate.
The standard of the work was truly amazing and the house was in spotless condition when they left.
What more can one ask for ?
We have been totally spoiled and never ever want to use another decorator !

Thank You.........for your lovely card and good wishes. On behalf of the owners many thanks also to you and your "girls" for all your hard work on the apartments at MQuay. I know it has not always been easy or straightforward but please realise just how much we, especially Alan and I appreciate the effort put in to finish the jobs on time and looking so good. It is lovely to see the apartments in such a beautiful setting coming back to life! I hope we are able to continue this working relationship through the rest of the building.
I do hope you are giving yourselves a little break over Easter and have fully recovered.

When leaving I met an owner in the lift a week ago last Saturday, who had been staying in Apartment No. 6. When asked, he replied they were very pleased with the refurbishment works undertaken. However, more importantly, he had looked very carefully at the redecoration and thought it was one of the best he had examined. He seemed to know what he was talking about.

I can't recommend them enough they were very professional, friendly and extremely competent .
From the first meeting Nettie was very helpful with advice and helping chose the right shade of paint etc, the quote was quick and competitive.
Nettie and her team are very friendly and caring , they were a pleasure to have around and chat to as they worked and helped with colours and ideas. My two rooms are so lovely, everyone has commented on them and I would have no hesitation in recommending Nettie .

Eliza Tay carried out total painting work to our bungalow from 3-6 May 2016. Their work was perfection and their professionalism was excellent. we asked 2 companies for quotes Eliza Tay did ours in 48 Hours and when it arrived we decided that they would get the job, Because of the professional layout of their quote. Each room was quoted for showing the cost of everything that they would be doing. Excellent. The ladies were brilliant, were happy smiling with great personalities. Brilliant we would be more than happy to employ them again.

Teenage Girls' Room
Nettie was so easy to talk to about what my daughter wanted for her teen room. I'm rubbish at seeing the final product & have no clue about decorating. Nettie was really great at taking my daughters ideas & creating an absolute masterpiece it was really fun actually. She has created an environment that my daughter doesn't want to leave. It's so classy & beautiful... I never would have thought this was possible.On top of completely designing & providing materials & decorating my daughters room she also gave me some tips when I was trying to paint my landing.
This was so nice of her & she didn't have to do that. Meant a lot to have someone who genuinely wants to help make my home nice. Once I've saved up more I'm already planning to get Nettie back to do my dining room. Big thumbs up & 10/10 for Nettielizatay!!! Would recommend to anyone on any budget!!

Nettie (Eliza Tay) is a very hard working professional decorator and interior designer. I instantly liked Nettie - she is very friendly, easy to talk to and gave me good advice on ideas for my bedroom including how to update tired looking furniture - having an interior designer is a bonus. The room was prepared by removing hooks and door handles including dust sheets and plastic covers to keep the furniture and carpet free of paint. I am delighted with the standard of her work and have invited Nettie back to decorate two more rooms. Our home has been treated like a 'home' and not a building site. I will definitely be recommending her to all my family and friends.
